Jewelry for an Evil God
The spider queen Lolth is dark and evil to the core. One thing that does stand out about her is the jewelry she wore which made up for what she did not wear. Around her neck, you will sometimes notice a necklace with a spider that has a red gem inside of it. She also has a tendancy to wear a crown with a spider shape that has the color gold or a dull brown.
When you see her wear a dress or a very skimpy outfit, its colors vary from black, purple or red.
My favorite image of her is from cover of the game Pools of Darkness made by SSI and TSR.
As you can see below, I have listed some jewelry for those who either just plain love spiders or they are big fan of Lolth in dungeons and dragons. I have also included black dresses that have open slits kind of like Lolth wore on occasion – at least in a few of the pictures.
Most of the pictures, I do not think she wore much personally. Well, we can not really do that in public. We will have to go with the side slit dresses instead.
